United States shipping

KINU charges a flat $3.95 shipping fee on U.S. orders. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once an order ships, delivery usually takes 6–8 business days.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent to the email address used at checkout when the order ships.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

Email hello@kinu-care.com with your order number if tracking has stopped updating, the package has not arrived, or the order arrives damaged or incorrect. KINU will review the order and provide the applicable replacement or refund instructions.
