90-day money-back guarantee
KINU Persimmon Soap orders are covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee beginning on the delivery date. The guarantee applies even when a bar has been opened and tried.
Start a request
Email hello@kinu-care.com within 90 days of delivery with:
- your order number;
- the email address used for the order;
- the reason for the request; and
- photos if the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
KINU reviews requests within 48 hours and sends the applicable return or refund instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Any original shipping charge is non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Your bank or payment provider controls when an issued refund appears in your account.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders
Email hello@kinu-care.com with your order number and photos. KINU will provide replacement or refund instructions.
Bundles and promotions
The 90-day guarantee also applies to bundle and promotional orders. Any refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned order or qualifying items.
